Terrifying Wendigo experience
It is said that you are not supposed to say any names of the creatures of the woods. You are just inviting it to come to find you. You are not supposed to acknowledge it in any way or form. And I am not just saying it for the sake of saying it. My story took place in the backcountry of the area where I grew up - just a warning for you. My wendigo encounter story might be a little too frightening for some. So this happened back in 2019. I still remember a massive uproar of unknown creatures roaming the forest, like bigfoot or sasquatch and ski walkers. But my story is not about them.
